Heidelberg

We stopped here for a night on our way to Hamburg from Steinen. A favorite! This seemed like a young and vibrant city that also had room for a slower more local pace of life. It had some great coffee shops and bikes everywhere. The whole city is surrounded by forest making it feel remote and cozy. On our first walk along the Neckar river to the Old town of Heidelberg, Ben and I found ourselves playing, “which house would you pick”. : )
