Who are Billy and Bobby?
If you landed here looking for pictures of Ben and Ellie’s trip, don’t worry; you’re in the right place. Frankly we’re not sure where the names came from. All we can say is that some years ago, we developed the alter-ego identities for our travels abroad. So if you find us outside the border of the US, you’re likely talking, not with Ben and Ellie, but with Billy and Bobby.
In the recent past weeks, we left our jobs, said goodbye to coworkers, friends, and our church and packed most of our earthly possession into a storage unit.
Over the next three months, we’ll be exploring Europe. We fly into Leonardo Da Vinci Airport in Rome, Italy (after a quick layover in Istanbul).
And that’s about how far our planning gets.
We’ve got a train pass and are excited to visit family/friends in Europe, wander the streets of the great cities, ponder some beautiful art, and sip some espressos. Just like Sabrina, we also hope to “find ourselves” in Europe.
During our time here, we also plan to consider/contemplate our post-Europe plans: where we’ll move, what we’ll do for work, church, etc… We’d appreciate your prayers!
